Adults Supporting Adults (ASA) are looking to recruit two full time (37 hours) Area Supervisors to join our small supportive team. As an Area Supervisor you will be required to co-ordinate the range of services that ASA offer and support the Providers on a day to day basis who are delivering these services to vulnerable people in their homes and community.
ASA promote choice and social inclusion with an emphasis on producing comprehensive individualised support plans to enable people to be as independent as possible and lead lifestyles of their choice. As an organisation we work closely with individuals, family members and other professionals to ensure safe levels person centred of support.
ASA will provide a full induction programme where all our work practices and processes will be explained. The successful applicant will require basic IT skills, all training will be provided as well as opportunity for regular supervision. ASA has an open and honest culture and successful applicants will be part of a dedicated and supportive team. The role is based at Sleaford Head Office Monday to Friday, with an expectation when necessary you will travel to appointments across the county. Therefore, you must have a full driving license and a car available for work at all times.

Salary starting from – £17,181.51 + £1,113 essential car user allowance
