Adults Supporting Adults (ASA) held a presentation lunch at their head office in Sleaford today, to celebrate the achievements of some of the providers who have completed the new Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care and also the Shared Lives Award. Registered Manager, Jayne Marsh added that “over 90 percent of our workforce have a NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in social care. This demonstrates the commitment ASA has to training in ensuring that all of our providers work to the highest possible standards. There should also be further acknowledgement to Colin and his wife Denise, as there are only a few providers across the country that have attained the Shared Lives Award, which is recognised nationally by the Open College Network.”
