ASA is a Shared Lives provider rated Good by CQC at our last inspection. ASA have been providing person centred services for the citizens of Lincolnshire for over 25 years and have been recognised nationally for our creative social care model of delivery.
ASA are seeking to recruit a qualified social worker/nurse to join our passionate and creative team.
Salary commensurate with experience
ASA require an Area Manager to oversee service provision and delivery as part of the Team. You will hold a caseload, working alongside and supervising an Area Supervisor.
The successful candidate will be based at our Head Office in Sleaford. There is an expectation that you will travel across Lincolnshire for appointments and meetings.

Social Workers with a recognised qualification or nurse qualification with three years’ experience some of which will ideally have been within a Management role.
