Adults Supporting Adults (ASA) is a ‘not for profit’ registered charity supporting vulnerable adults in Lincolnshire. Our emphasis is to develop and maintain individual packages of care which promotes choice and enables people to live a lifestyle of their choosing. ASA offer a range of community adult services to meet the needs of individuals working alongside other professionals, partner agencies and families to enhance social inclusion and independence.
We are currently recruiting 2 Area Supervisors – 37 hours per week, based at our Sleaford office.
Do you have the necessary skills and experience to support a small team of social care providers working in the community? Would you enjoy the challenge of working in a flexible and creative way to develop individual care plans and approaches to social care? Would you like to be part of a supportive and motivated team to help deliver quality person centred services that values individuals?
In return, ASA will provide a full induction programme and offer support, training and supervision in order for you to develop your communication, interpersonal and professional skills and knowledge. ASA has an open and honest culture and the successful applicant will be part of a dedicated and supportive team. An essential car user allowance is payable as part of this post and following your probation period membership of the Company health scheme will be available.
