ASA is a not for profit registered charity supporting vulnerable adults in Lincolnshire. Our emphasis is about individual packages of care directly promoting social inclusion and community independence. These services will support any client in all aspects of independent living. We continue to offer supported family living for those working towards independence.
Area Supervisor for 37 hours per week Based in Sleaford
Do you have the necessary skills to recruit, assess, train and support providers in this important role working as part of a supported and motivated team? Would you enjoy the challenge of working flexibly across all areas of adult services developing new and innovative approaches to community support, working within the Sleaford to Lincoln area.
In return you can expect a full induction programme and supportive opportunities to develop your natural and professional skills. We offer appropriate training in all relevant areas of work. All applicants will be IT literate.
This is an opportunity for the applicants to gain field work experience within Adult Social Care. The successful applicants will work as part of an enthusiastic and dedicated team and will receive professional support, supervision and training. An essential car user allowance is payable with these posts.
Applicants should note that a Enhanced check via the Disclosure & Barring Service will be necessary for this role. The cost of which for the successful applicant will be met by the Organisation.
